Neak Oknha Leng Navatra Announces Sale of Reserved Villa Land at a Low Price to Raise Funds for Completion of Borey Leng Navatra 6A Project

Borey Leng Navatra 6A has announced the sale of villa-type land plots measuring 9 meters by 17 meters at special prices in a bid to raise funds for the full completion of the project. To date, the project has sold over 5,000 houses, of which nearly 4,000 have been constructed and handed over to customers.

Neak Oknha Leng Navatra, CEO of Galaxy Navatra Group, confirmed that more than 5,000 homes have been sold at Borey Leng Navatra 6A, with nearly 4,000 of them already resolved and completed for residents. The remaining units are mostly structurally framed, while some are undergoing final landfilling.

Simultaneously, Oknha Leng Navatra announced that to raise sufficient funds for completing the construction and the entire project, Borey Leng Navatra 6A has decided to sell villa-type land plots within the development. These plots, measuring 9 meters by 17 meters, were originally priced at $30,000 to $35,000 when the project launched three years ago. However, they are now being offered at only $18,000.

For buyers lacking sufficient funds, the company is offering a flexible financing plan: the hard title deed will be issued in advance, and Borey will coordinate with banks to allow monthly instalments as low as $126.

Neak Oknha Leng Navatra expressed his sincere apologies to previous customers for the current pricing, explaining that the sole purpose is to raise funds to bring the project to completion, including full compensation and resolution. He hopes the public will understand the necessity and help spread the word in case any friends, relatives, or others are interested.
He added that only the residents truly understand the potential of this area, the commitment the development has shown in addressing issues, and the quality infrastructure planned for this project.

Lastly, Neak Oknha also encouraged all previous customers to take advantage of this offer, announcing a $500 discount per plot as a token of appreciation.
